Employee Representative Committee
Western Construction Services provides its team members with an opportunity to voice issues through an employee representation committee (ERC). The primary role of the ERC is to offer ideas and feedback to the management of Western Construction Services and to bring forward the views and interests of team members on the development and implementation of work-related policies and terms and conditions of employment. The ERC also acts as an employee change advocate and serves as an internal communications channel between management and team members regarding work related issues.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects while supporting field teams and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through completion
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
- Support site supervisors and crews to ensure efficient execution
- Identify risks and resolve issues before they impact the project
- Ensure work is performed safely and meets quality standards

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and contributing to meaningful construction projects. General Labourers play a key role in supporting concrete restoration work and maintaining safe, efficient job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete repair and restoration activities
- Prepare and clean work areas and job sites
- Handle and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist skilled trades and supervisors as required
- Support site setup, protection, and demolition work
